Do you want to achieve better results and feel more fulfilled? Do you want to improve your and your team’s leadership and team capabilities?

Selecting key stakeholders to help you through the programme
The best stakeholders are critical supporters. Stakeholders who take part need to:
- Let go of the past.
- Be helpful and supportive, not cynical, judgemental or sarcastic.
- Tell the truth.
- Pick something to improve themselves.
Monthly check in with stakeholders and coach
The client checks in with each stakeholder monthly to ask for feedback and feed-forward, and checks in with their coach to review the past month, review the feed-forward they have received and develop a simple action plan. They also need to communicate progress with their stakeholders.
Quarterly confidential survey with stakeholders
Every three months there is a confidential survey with stakeholders to check on progress. This is reviewed by the leader and coach, and agreed action is taken by the leader.
The programme is completed when the leader has improved in the designated areas, as demonstrated by the results from the confidential surveys, as well as any other criteria set at the beginning of the programme.
After programme review
The leader and coach develop an action plan for the leader to maintain and build on their skills for the future.
Online Stakeholder Centred Coaching investment
After the free discovery phase, the investment is £800 each month for 12 months (total £9600). You can cancel at any time, with one month’s notice, if you don’t feel you’re getting exceptional value from the programme. If you opt for the ‘pay on results’ option the investment is £12,000. Please note, you have to complete the programme or you are still liable for the investment.
As mentioned previously, you need commit to demonstrating a touch of ambition, courage, discipline, and openness throughout the programme.
