Who This Is For

You qualify to apply if you have completed NLP Practitioner (or above) training with me, or worked through the full NLP Techniques video series.

Qualification alone is not enough. Founding members must bring:

  • Engagement: Actively contributing. The group works because members work to help themselves and each other.

We will also explore practical ways to integrate AI to support communication, positioning, and delivery across our work.

Q: Do I need to have trained with you directly to apply?

A: Not necessarily. If you’ve completed NLP Practitioner (or above) with me, or worked through the full NLP Techniques video series, you’re eligible. But eligibility gets you to the door — the six criteria decide who comes in.

Q: What happens in the monthly sessions?

A: Each session is structured around the three goals: visibility, contracting, and deepening value. Expect practical work — reviewing real situations, testing approaches, and honest feedback. No lectures, no role-play for the sake of it.

Q: Is this a coaching programme or a membership community?

A: Neither in the traditional sense. It’s a working group. You bring real challenges, we work them together, and you leave with something you can actually use. I guide the process, but everyone contributes.

Q: To start – Why only six members?

A: Because the value is in the room, not the numbers. Six keeps it personal, accountable, and impossible to hide. Every voice matters; every session counts.
