Leadership, Management, Action and Review

This video introduces the top level aspects of business.

There are four top level aspects of business:

• Leadership
• Management
• Action and
• Review.

We’re most effective when isolating them and tackling them one at a the time.

Whatever our role, we need to use all four in moderation. However, depending on our role we will need to allocate our time between them differently.
