This is Richard’s rewrite of the original Tranceformations book written by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. This is an excellent introduction to hypnosis and hypnosis techniques.

This a great reminder of NLP principles and how to apply them in your life. Its written by Richard Bandler, Dr Glenda Bradstock and Owen Fitzpatrick.
Magic in Practice: Introducing Medical NLP: The Art and Science of Language in Healing and Health
This is an excellent book about NLP and health written by Richard and Garner Thomson. It’s the official handbook for the ‘Society of Medical NLP’.

Loserthink: How Untrained Brains Are Ruining America
We can get caught up in our own mental prison due to mental bias and a number of other very natural processes. (And the media often encourages this ‘loser’ thinking.) This make us losers opposed to winners. Scott Adams gives us some approaches to thinking more appropriately and break out to personal freedom. Scott also gives some strong reasons to be optimistic about the future.
