What is NLP? What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?
NLP usually starts with an attitude of curiosity, which leads to modelling great performance in any context, which in turn result in a number of techniques that can be used to increase our or others performance.
What is Neuro Linguistic Programming used for? What are the benefits of NLP?
NLP can be used for personal and business development. For personal development it’s used to clarify purpose and direction, improve relationships and overcome challenges, such as anxieties and phobias. In business it’s used to improve leadership, sales, communication and influence.

What is NLP coaching?
NLP amplifies the results of traditional coaching. NLP coaching can help our clients 1) move from A to B. This may include helping the client to clarify A and B, 2) turn theoretic learning into results, 3) improve their performance, and 4) have a more successful and fulfilled life.

NLP certification normally means that you’ve received a certificate from one of the key NLP certification bodies. These include the the SNLP (Society of NLP), ANLP (Global Association of NLP), INLPA (International NLP Trainers Association) and the ITA (International Trainers Academy).

What is a NLP Practitioner?
A NLP Practitioner is certified by one of the NLP certification bodies to have reached a basic standard of NLP, and is normally competent to offer NLP change work.

A NLP Master Practitioner is certified by one of the NLP certification bodies as having reached reached an advanced standard of NLP practice, and is normally highly competent to offer NLP coaching and NLP change work

A NLP coach practitioner is certified by NLP co-founder Richard Bandler and the SNLP, and is a Master Practitioner who has further specialised in personal and business coaching, and is normally a highly competent personal and business coach.

How does Neuro Linguistic Programming work?
You work, NLP doesn’t do anything by itself. However, NLP will work if you use NLP approaches and techniques on yourself or find a practitioner that you’re comfortable working with.

How much does NLP training cost?
NLP training starts at free, to $10-$100 for books and online courses. Traditional face-to-face training courses cost $2000-$4000 and $17,500 for Richard Bandler’s 3 day personal enhancement workshop.

Is NLP a type of hypnosis?
NLP isn’t a type of hypnosis, however NLP uses some of the approaches of hypnosis and meditation. NLP was originally modelled from hypnotist Milton Erickson, together with others who were very good at helping people change.
